JobsFest 2008 will be held this Wednesday from 9:30-4pm at the Chattanooga Convention Center. Free admission to over 30 companies looking for talented employees.

BIG NEWS!!!! Volkswagon has selected Chattanooga as the site for their North American plant. This will create about 4,000 new jobs for the area, and hopefully be a boon for the entire town.

I need to revise my job creation estimate....they're now putting it at around 14,000 new jobs as a result of the economic impact.
