Riverview Grande Apartments (Chattanooga, Red Bank: for sale, apartment complex, rental)

Hi Everyone,

I know this apartment complex was just mentioned on a positive note in the previous thread. But does anyone else have an opinion on this place? I've been planning my move to Chattanooga for a while and reading this forum has been very helpful. I haven't had any luck finding a house rental in the North Chattanooga/Red Bank area and have decided Riverview might be my best bet. All I've found online are some bad reviews. Hoping for some feedback before I'm stuck in a lease. Thanks so much!

Hi TriDad,
The address is 700 Mansion Circle. My boyfriend did check it out, but was only able to view the model unit not the available one. He thought the place would work for us, but we're use to houses not apartments.
We're looking for a 2 bedroom house, with a yard (preferable fenced), pet friendly (we have a cat & dog), at least 900 sq ft, in North Chattanooga or Red Bank, for $900 or less. I know - we're asking for the world!
He's leaving on Tuesday, so hopefully our luck will change tomorrow.
But any information on the Riverview apartments would really help. Thank you!

Wow...our friends have nearly exactly what you're describing and they're putting their house up for sale. I'll run this by them
