My husband just received and accepted a job offer this morning!! He will be starting on Sept. 6. Coincidentally, we also listed our house here today. The real estate agent feels certain it will sell quickly. Everything has moved into high gear and if everything goes well, we will all be living in Chattanooga by the end of September. We are so excited...I just wish it wasn't so long of a drive (12 1/2 hours) or I'd be there now looking for houses!!

Thanks u4 I'll check out that site. We've been using MLSarealisting and getting those emails every night. We have a real estate agent there and he's on the lookout for us for what we are looking for. No young kids with us so don't have to worry about schools.
