YES Gang: The BIG ONE. Many people promised last year after they heard / saw rave reviews. May also conflict with the Grayville Schriners Parade? or do Sunday as back up.
Welcome To The Hamilton County, TN Fair.......Come see the new Fun Zone for Kids and Teenagers......Bungee Jumping, Cheerleading Competitions, Little Miss Hamilton County Fair Competition, Exotice Animals like Boa Constrictors on display.........Kett Heard also can get BOAT / Water taxi across lake form Harison Bay state park. Someday SODDY will have our "Bridge To Somewhere" crossing the lake.
IMPOSSIBLE to pick the best attraction . FOOD vendor Row, Multiple MUSIC stages, Livestock area, Car show corral, Master Garden Patio, Craft judging bldg.
... $6 per for the bus shuttles as the location is out on the water island at Chester Frost Camping / Boat launch park. Really might bring the boat down river this time.. ?? . Be there ... or .. be square.

last year, this was the first event we attended in Tennessee. (besides of course the C-D meetup) Coming from a large metro area we wanted all the charm, simplicity and (lack of) sophistication that a real county fair could provide. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere, venue, food, booths and most especially the people were great. You hear about Southern Hospitality, but until you experience it first hand you don't know what you're missing!

You want rides? Head out to Lake Winnie or venture to Six Flags down in Atlanta. I want to see vintage tractors, hear blue grass music, and story telling from the locals. Don't give me whirly-bird rides, I want roasted ears of corn and fried appple pies to munch on while watching the horse guys & gals riding their prize-winning steeds. Show me heifers & bulls along with the pumpkin that won a blue ribbon.

The Hamilton County Fair - fun for the entire family!

It was so refreshing to not have have to deal with the craziness of say the Dade County Youth Fair which (if you know the area) has turned into a two-week gang convention

Cloudy day , NO rain, 75 degrees. Tad cool going down river 9am in the boat, VERY Smooth, use double anchors, if not rafting with a friend dock.
Many neighbors near music stages. CONGRATS TRIDAD on 200 point REP Level..!
..Colorful tractors, some even TWO colors down middle. Red and Pink & 2 steering wheels.? Rear right of 1st pic. Lots of antique cars from 30's.
Tons of high school Cheerleader compatation teams , lifts, tumbles.

We ran into some midways/carnivals at the Jasper Fair in Marion County and the Foothills Country Fair in Bradley County. Good times yet again
