In regards to River City Properties
I am a current tenant of River City Properties, but will be moving very soon. Some things to know are that yes their rent is higher than most other places for the same amount of space and you have to do our own yard maintence. If you want more than one key for your house you have to pay for that, even if you have more than one adult listed as living in the house. It takes numerous attempts to get them to fix anything, and then you still have to do it yourself, then give them the bill. Most places have a flat rate for late payment but theirs is 10% of what your rent is. Example, if your rent is $500 then your late payment would be $50. You have 5 days after the due date before considered late, that is 5 days, not 5 business days, so weekends and holidays are included. And don't try to make a payment online because their "convenience" fee is $49.00. I do not recommend using this agency to anyone, if they want a pleasant experience. They will gauge you for every penny that they can.
