In the General U.S. forum there's a thread about cities in the US that we don't hear much about. So I mentioned Chattanooga and posted pics of your fair city. I thought you might want to check them out and post some of your own, too. I love Chattanooga and wish it weren't so overlooked.

I don't think Chattanooga is overlooked at all. It's up and coming and thanks to the new VW plant, it will be an even better city to live in.

JMT: Good to hear from you again. Great Catch, some nice pics in that post . Maybe you were in a airplane somewhere overhead.
.. I added a Few Water Level shots of enjoyable river. Had a very successful Saturday clean -up river RESCUE region turn out. Sure you saw / live the motto from Knoxville - Chatt "WE all live DownStream" from somebody else.

Oh I think Chattanooga is definitely overlooked in the General U.S. forum. While Knoxville, Greenville SC and Asheville are mentioned a lot, Chattanooga is barely a blip on the radar. The VW announcement will definitely help promote Chattanooga. I think Chattanooga is a hidden jewel, and I'm proud that it's in Tennessee.
