Default mineral rights
I own the mineral rights on a piece of property in TN. I just found out that the owner of the property is extracting oil from his adjacent property. do I have any rights in this case?

W.G.: The Free advise here may only compound a posters request. Did not know we had much Oil to pump here in Tenn.
. Mineral rights ,even had the state unsure who owned the ROCKS on their lands.
.. Maybe you can share more info on the subject.
