Need acreage and home with creative temporary financing
We need a minimum of 5 unrestricted acres in Eastern or Central TN. Prefer to stay near the Alabama border. Prefer 10-30 acres and will need some shelter to live in while we build. We will need to have fencing for horses and want a place with hills and trees if possible. We have property to sell in Texas and will need to be on a contract for sale with owner financing until our land and home sells here. Privacy is important to us, so we are not interested in a home that is too close to a road or in a sub-division. Mobile homes, OK but must have at least three bedrooms and internet access is critical as I work from home. Stable income and good Christian people.
