Dunlap sits between Whitwell and Pikeville. About 30 min. to downtown Chattanooga. Easy access to Hwy 111 (goes south to Chattanooga or north to Fall Creek Falls). Good schools, nice rural people, very little crime. It is growing - there is a WalMart, rumor of Lowes and about 15 local restaurants. Land for sale about $15,000 per acre. Median housing is around $90,000. Jobs are limited unless you don't mind working in Chatt. town.

Loghomeowner, how on earth (IF on earth) do you make that trip in 30 minutes? Please send your route. I'd really like to know as i travel Chattanooga to McMinnville via Dunlap, and I can't make it from Dunlap in less than 45 minutes.
