Anybody got any info on this? I already work in the industry and I am interested in this. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there! There have been a few threads about the new VW plant. There is a lot of excitement about the plant coming here. If you do an advanced search up above in Chattanooga and look for VW, the threads will come up. Then go to Chattanooga Times Free Press | Home Page and right below the latest news, there is a link for Volkswagon news.

EG: As BB mentioned above , the newspaper link has the round VW button for grouping of all articles.
.... Groundbreaking has started. About 50 Procurement,purchasing agents were hired a few months ago. .Nov 20th will be big Professional / supplier job EXPO in the city convention center.
. LIne workers in about 18 months, with association with the Local Tech COLLEGE.
