www.hcde.org/schools (broken link) That's the website for all of our schools. Soddy is a great place. Small town atmosphere but close to Chattanooga (no minutes) for work or play. The schools are good, compared to others in our system. We always have the option of a magnet school if you are unhappy w/Soddy schools. I don't know what age your child/children are but Falling Water Elem and Soddy Elem are both wonderful. As far as rent to own, I have no idea but there are nice homes for sale in that area. Close to the river and mountains but you will have to come to Chattanooga or Hixson for movies, malls and such.
