This Saturday December 6th is MAINx24. It is a 24 hour festival on the southside of downtown. It is going to be so much fun! Here is a link to a schedule of events:
MAINx24 2008 - A 24 Hour Celebration of Main Street Chattanooga Tennessee
Begins @8am with a pancake breakfast! Lots of fun events & a parade. A bicycle tour! Storytelling! The Chattanooga Market will be open Saturday during this event & it is the last Market of this year(doesn't reopen til in april)
There is also a holiday cocktail after party for a great cause! It is 9pm to 3 am @ LooseCannon to benefit Habitat for Humanity
.... There will be an Olan Mills xmas scene picture booth there so you won't leave empty handed! Also food & drinks & fun. Here is a link to information about the party:

mmmm, Pancakes! I slept in to late
. But I just went to see the parade! The Howard High School band is pretty rad. & awesome that Chattanooga now has a Roller Derby team! I can't wait to go to a bout. The scooters we're pretty cute as well(the retro looking ones) Now, I am back at the house & I'm going to sew an artsy cocktail dress for the Habitat for Humanity party tonight!

I had a great time being in the X24 parade as a part of the roller derby team and then going to the Habitat for humanity was awesome!

. But I just went to see the parade! The Howard High School band is pretty rad. & awesome that Chattanooga now has a Roller Derby team! I can't wait to go to a bout.
