Default Littlefield or Healy, next Chattanooga mayor? (March 3 election)

I'm a bit of a political wonk. Of the two candidates, which do you think is best suited for Mayor of Chattanooga? Ron Littlefield or Rob Healy? The websites for each candidate so you can compare/contrast them:

Rob Healy for Mayor of Chattanooga, Tennessee - Vote March 3rd 2009
Ron Littlefield for Mayor of Chattanooga, TN 2009

Chat has a non-partisan race, so multiple persons can run from each party. I'll let you figure out which candidate is from each party. Joe Lance dropped out of the race some time ago.

As they saying goes, let the best man win!

note: Chattanooga State will have a mayoral forum on the 28th of February. In the morning, i think. Check their website or call them for the correct time.
