Yeah, our junk was other people's treasures to the tune of $500! Of course, $280 of that was our tv and desks sold prior to the garage sale. We love Craigslist!

The weather is cooling off a little so maybe you won't have to sweat too much unloading that truck. Since when were we grateful for 90 degree days? lol Hope you guys have a safe trip up!

we're here
had a few bumps in the road (traffic in Orlando, Atlanta along with a vehicle problem that turned out to be a false alarm) after getting situated in the house we ventured out to Bi-Lo for a little shopping. Sunday after church we plan to hit the Chattanooga Market

Loved this entire thread! I tell you what, ya'll are wonderful ambassadors for Chattanooga. My husband & I are moving to Chattanooga area in the next few months. Can anyone reccomend some apartments/rentals? We are two 40 year old empty nesters living in the flat land of Albany, GA. We were looking to spend about 600 on rent, but may have to up that after seeing some prices. Want a beautiful view! If we (meaning ME, lol) are going to pack up all our "stuff" and move, I would definately want to be able to see some mts, streams, lakes, etc... if at all possible. Kinda like the old "champagne taste on a 3 kids in college forced beer budget". LOL HELP!!
