Ok, why doesn't Gay Street look anything like the pics you sent of downtown earlier? Maybe it is the camera, but it just did not look as nice....

I'll have a full recap of the trip along with my thoughts soon. But first I need a good hot shower and a restful nights sleep in my own bed.

Can't wait to see my wife and daughter! They're flying back from LA tomorrow.

Hope your trip went well and MIL is going fine. So funny that you ended up on the W road as I usually take visitors up that very road for kicks! Hope you enjoyed our area and we are looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

I am enjoying the video of your drive down the mountain in Chattanooga...VERY familiar territory to me. I was born in Chattanooga and, even though we moved away in 1959, we made many trips through there through the years, back when that was the ONLY way across the mountain. Thanks for the blast from the past! Hope you had a successful trip.
