Default TVA job related question
I interviewed with TVA some weeks ago, it was the final round of interviews. A former supervisor informed me last Friday that they called him for reference checking. My question is:
Does TVA usually perform reference checks to all finalists or only when they are getting ready to make a job offer?

I think they do it for all "finalists." I will say that I had an interview with TVA back in July of 2008 and finally heard the results in January. They're slow.
