Professional looking to move to small town near Chattanooga with l,ow crime, a bit more country and flatter than Roan Mountain I am in now.
Looking for House to rent or Lease Purchase. If rent, no higher than $900/mo. If lease higher of course and terms on purchase apply.

2-3 BR with hardwood floors - not a carpet fan. Garage needed.
Location must have high speed cable Internet available in that area.
Must be near lake to boat or river to kayak.
Large fenced yard or if lease purchase must be large for me to put in a split wood fence.
Prefer lot is close to an acre or larger.
Have two champion dogs (Alaskan Malamutes).
Need to move August.

T.P.H.: Hello, we are heavy into boating and live in this region you mentioned. Dunlap would be last choice for boating. Just sold our kayak yesterday with recent injury , but GrassHopper creek, near campground, off Birchwood pike is beautiful area.
. That whole town has FLAT , horse friendly housing. Close to I-75 if you need to travel / visit Chattanooga few times a week .
. Hiwassee river / inlet is also in this area, scenic. Maybe access the Cleveland daily newspaper on line for housing ads or cl.

Plenty of kayak down the Sequatchie river all the time and canoe rentals right there etc. no problem wiht that. For $900 a month, I don't think you'd find anything nearly that expensive in Dunlap! Definately small towny country appeal.
