TRAILS OF SIGNAL MOUNTAIN Apartments
OK all, hubby finalized the deal and we're coming!!! With the suggestions that we received from you all we were considering E Brainerd, Highland Park, and N Chatt for an affordable rental house. We came across the TRAILS OF SIGNAL MOUNTAIN apts and have found it to be very reasonably priced renovated unit that incl water, sewer, pest control. I did look on apt ratings to find the negatives, but am wondering if anyone has first hand knowledge of the place. Also, is there a walmart/target in N Chatt area or do I have to drive out to Hamilton Place? thanks
