Another relocation question (Chattanooga: rentals, move, property)

My husband works for the Dept of Homeland Security and we are looking at a job in Chattanooga, I have been searching the internet trying to make sure we will have adequate rental options. We prefer to rent at least the first 6 months to a year to get to know an area when we move there. I have found a couple of property managment companies and it seems as though we will have some options for rentals. Has anyone that moved recently had difficulty finding rentals?
