Please help with any suggestions: Looking for a " safe, nice, & modern style" rental. Condo, apt. or house
I would love to be able to find a safe, modern, chic, and affordable home either in downtown area or Hixson.(Sounds like I am wanting something that might be asking to much for!) Everything I have seen downtown is exactly what I would love to have but they are not for rent and are about $200,000 to buy.(That's the cheapest, I've seen). I was recently surprised at work with divorce papers, that I had not one clue about. Therefore, I am ready to get out of this house and get into a home that I love so I can then start to love the rest of my "new life".. Therefore, any and all suggestions I would appreciate greatly. Thanks in advance.
