Anyone up for a get together?
If you read the thread about the In Town Suites, you may have read my position where I work was eliminated recently. Don't cry for me, this gives me the perfect opportunity for our family to make the jump to Chattanooga earlier than we planned if that is in the cards.
I will be in town the week of October 26th, and was wondering if there was interest in getting together at a downtown restaurant for a meet and greet? The 28th or 29th would work best and I was hoping to try out the Taco Roc that I have heard so much about. Apparently, the owner has left which is too bad, because I love good Mexican food! If it doesn't work out, no problem just thought I would throw it out there to see.

How about Taco Mamacita. It's on the Northshore and would allow us to take a stroll over the bridge afterwards

Just got back from Kimball. Mi Jackal changed management three months ago. Quality of the food and waitstaff is still superior. They now have a buffet for 6.99 that can't be beat! Thought you'd like to know, Griz. There is a new Mexican place in Jasper where the BBQ place was. Didn't get a chance to try it since we were in the area for just one day.
