What are the upscale areas of CHA? I'm not talking mountain enclave communities or strictly residential or planned communities; but, rather, commercial/residential/mixed-use areas in-town that are well-kept and in pretty surroundings and very safe and upscale.

In Huntsville, for example, we have Jones Valley -- a high-end residential and extremely well-zoned (not particularly high-end) commercial corridor that sits in a valley surrounded by mountains and a horse farm. It is a beautiful stretch of road.

I think your best best is to be right downtown, next to the aquarium or the Bluff arts district. Some very nice condos and homes there. They are very pricey, but right in the center of a happening downtown.
