Can anyone tell me if you purchased a mobile on 3-8 acres could you still build a home and leave the mobile for MIL if another site percs for the home? Would you have to bring in new utilities for pay for upgrade to existing?
Also how difficult is to have a mobile moved off and sold should we like to build on that site? Thanks Dee |

Some places will let you but you really have to check with the restrictions in your specific area. We bought 8+ acres and can subdivide our lot as long as each lot has it's own driveway. Not sure about sharing utilities though. I would guess no sharing since would be considered 2 separate lots but i'm not quite sure. Been in the mobile home moving business with ex in-laws. they really are easy to move but it might cost a little bit to get it done. Couple thousand depending on where it's going. I'd just put it up for sale and let the buyer be responsible for having it moved.

D: Here is the town website link to get some specifics. "soddyDaisy.org" .
If you have that much land anything should be doable. New houses now are being built on 1/2 acre lots. Also I see rural sections and there were more than two m.h. around one drive. You can private message me if you need a picture of something, etc. |
