The Original Poster is moving to Chattanooga soon, as he is my partner. I may arrive first, while he ties up some loose ends in Lauderdale. Guess I'll have to find somebody that needs a temporary roommate.

We've tied up those loose ends and will be arriving on Friday night. We got a really nice house in East Brainerd and can't wait to fix it up and make it our own. The house was a foreclosure, so it was basically gutted by the original owners. Luckily we caught a great clearance sale and are bringing with us some new light fixtures and other items. There are no light fixtures in the house now, so we needed quite a few.
We originally had an offer on a house in Hixson, which is the one we really wanted, but we couldn't get it for the right price, considering it had structural damage and was falling off the side of Big Ridge. The East Brainerd home is a great second choice though.

It doesn't happen to be on Berskshire Circle, does it? The last day we were in town we looked at a foreclosure there and really wish we already had jobs so we could have put an offer in on it.
