We had a couple of set-backs with the house. It was a foreclosure, and the previous owners really tore the place up. They actually drilled 8 holes in the freon gas lines for the air conditioners. That cost us $900 to fix. During the weekend's rainstorm, the skylight in the kitchen turned into our own version of Ruby Falls, so now we have to get the skylight fixed to prevent any future water damage to the ceiling. Other than that and a few other minor annoyances, the house is fantastic, very large and in a great location. Pioti, you'll have to stop over and say "Hi."

Oh the joys of owning a home.
That's something about the holes - "if I can't have it, no one can!" Geesh |

Did you know that the Big Chill restaurant downtown is half gay and half straight? Who knew?

Is it like smoking and non-smoking? Do you say gay section please? Sorry, not trying to be smart, I just don't understand. |

Actually...you can say pretty much everywhere is half gay and half straight. I think most would be surprised at how many gay people there truly are. I've never seen a sign on any door saying "no gays allowed" and I've been in gay bars in several states with my brother and never been made to feel unwelcome. I think what u4icmusic might have meant is that there was quite a large percent of the clientele and/or employees that were gay compared to most restaurants.
