I have lingo broadband phone. It's cheaper than vonage and you still get voicemail, call waiting, long distance,call forwarding, caller i.d. I cant think of anything else but it seems to work fine for us. Right now it looks like it's $21.95 with one month free.

Chattanooga phone prefixes for vonage
I have gave them 27 prefixes and they tell me there all from bellsouth users. Which a friend of mine was gave a phone in Nashville for chattanooga and the prefix was 698.

Comcast Phone Service
I have comcast phone service and it's wonderful here in Nashville. But i am trying to get a chattanooga number and still keep my comcast. But i love my comcast phone here.
