Probably the battery...
But I thought I heard some wierd clicking on the video which may indicate a bad solenoid on the starter...or your starter is not alighned with the flexplate. Address the simple areas first - make sure battery is properly charged.
That's what I would have thought too - except that his clicking is almost more of a buzzing.
Make sure you get the connectors clean and reconnected correctly.
If you don't have a proper connection, the charging circuit may not function properly and you will end up with another dead battery.
need to check the electrical system for a drain, too.
Help I do not know how to fix all lights come on it wants to clink I dont know if its security battery wire tie rod grind and I do not understand what yo do watch my dad do it but should've paid more attention help single its battery not security or the need of new ignition I need help o good god (mom).cry

I have 2005 impala 3.4L makes some sort of mechanical noise just after starting. It is just big clunk and after that no sound. Car start and runs fine. Anybody have idea what kind of this sound is.

Might want to stick your head in the engine bay and see if you can get close to the sound. A "mechanical clunk" is a tiny bit vague.
Oh and do you have the A/C on when you started the car?
