Got an offer to buy an '08 Equinox FWD SUV. I've liked those; I call 'em "Baby TrailBlazers". I know, I know, it's used but very good condition.

One sorry I have: the 2.4L engines have a timing chain, rather than a timing belt. I daresay it would be more expensive to replace a chain than a belt. Also, I've read mixed reviews on the Equinox, so I'm on the fence. Is it a good vehicle or no?
