Is it true that Gurnee cops are racist and that Gurnee Mills is a crappy mall that nobody uses?

Define crappy? The Mills is pretty much always crowded. You have to time is just right if want to avoid the shopping crowd. Personally, I really don't like going there unless I really really have to. I prefer Hawthorn or Woodfield Mall. |

I lives in Grays Lake and shopped at Gurnee Mills regularly. It's an outlet mall, so it's going to be packed and a little sloppy. I have friends on the force and don't believe them to be racist. Waukegan (very close by) seems to be expressing some racist issues with the "Immigrant" issue. However, I would not agree that Gurnee has shown any of those signs, nor would I label Gurnee Mills as a crappy mall....it's an outlet.
