Default Looking for place in northwest suburbs for fish fry

I have a great family recipe for fish. My parents when i was younger used to do fish fries in my hometown every friday and would pull in $800 a night. I am looking for places in the northwest suburbs to pitch the idea to a few owners. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Like every other restaurant hasn't already had the idea ... There are at least 50 of them that are currently running and that number will at least TRIPLE next month during the Lenten season.

I notice that virtually all of them are on Friday, based on the Catholic tradition of fish on Friday. Maybe if you held it on Thursday you could get a jump on the competition.

American legion halls also do the same thing again usually on Fridays. Check your local VFW and American legion halls, maybe you could work something out.
