My job is located near 53 and dundee, however I was wondering if I could get some commuting suggestions on whether to use 90 then 53, or if 94 then crossing over on dundee would be more advisable.

Either route is going to be a headache, but at least on Dundee you'll be going opposite of most of the traffic. I'd say that's probably the better way. Dundee is worse than usual right now though because of the construction on Lake Cook Rd, which won't be complete until September.

Guy I work with in Rolling Meadows lives in Rogers Park and he takes Touhy every day- bout 50 minutes he says, either way.

Thanks, for the quick reply. I'll be traveling during off peak hours if this makes a difference on which route to take.

Personally, I'd take Touhy/Higgins or Golf to route 53 and then north to Arlington Heights. There are lights but it is not that susceptible to traffic variances and jams.
