I have had both Comcast and ATT/ I am happy with Comcast even though its pricier

they did have issues getting the service working properly in the beginning but always came out and never charged me a dime.

In addition I also asked for a new modem and after that things seem to work better. Not sure why but things seem to work better after i installed a lynxsys
maybe its just timing

ATT scares me because I have bought into the idea of antiquated phone lines and if your watching tv on one channel and have multiple pcs

not sure if anyone else has noticed but does anyones service with comcast seem slower when it rains or is it just my imagination.

the speed test i run are always running faster than what the minimum is as well
no regrets but pricey then again i dont mind paying for a higher cost if its faster and it works better as i do alot of work on my pc

We had Comcast for our first 2 1/2 years here and it was AWFUL. We switched to ATT/U-Verse last month and have been loving it ever since. Much faster speeds, hasn't been down yet (had to reset our modem near daily towards the end w/Comcast, not counting the actual hours of outages), customer service has been just fine. We can even watch HD on BOTH TV's without the rumored drain on speed or quality.
