Smile House in a decent locality near Abbott Park

What would be a decent area/locality to live for a middle aged couple starting work at Abbott park soon?

Lake Bluff or Lake Forest, if you can afford it. Otherwise, Grayslake or Gurnee.

And don't forget the eastern part of Libertyville (much of which is known as Green Oaks, an unincorporated area within Libertyville township) is a beautiful area. It's less expensive than Lake Forest & east Lake Bluff, but more expensive than Gurnee, Grayslake and the unincorporated Knollwood section of Lake Bluff along Waukegan Road just south of Abbott Park. Green Oaks has a direct road that brings you into Abbott Park known as "Atkinson Road".....other popular, but more congested east-west arterial roads are Buckley Road (Rte. 137) and also Rockland Road (Rte. 176).
