Between Villa Park and Elk Grove Village: I am looking for 400-500 square feet of shop space to store and use an old cnc mill, an EDM machine, and some inspection equipment. I started my own business 4 years ago, and I am beginning to grow out of my basement. Any Info would help.

Even little retail stores that sell cigarettes are typically over 1500 sq ft. I suspect that you would essentially be subleasing an used service bay or loading dock if you go under 800 sq ft. Which may actually work -- maybe poke around for a slightly off the beaten path type auto body shop or car stereo place that could sub-lease some space to you...
