Hey everyone,

I plan on getting a job in Aurora very soon, but I love the city lifestyle. I want an apartment in a clean and safe area around a Metra stop, likely Naperville.

I saw a lot of other posts, but not too many specifics. Here is my list of concerns.
1. What are the good apartment neighborhoods?
2. What kind of rent am I looking at? I want to stay near $1000.
3. Are amenities such as cable and internet included?
4. Are utilities usually included?
5. I also would need one parking spot.

Thanks.

Which is why the OP wants to be near the Metra....so they can get to the city.

I'm sure there are some apartments near 1,000, but these will probably be your mid-level units. Nice apartments will run more, even for 1-Bedrooms, and especially near transit.

Default Cheap Studio or at most 1 BDR?

Well, I certainly can't compare them evenly. I just wanted a cheap studio to be basically a crashpad in the suburbs. I also need a parking spot/garage spot and hope that it is close to the Metra stop.

Is that possible? I'll even consider Aurora stop too if the price is that much better. But then again, I don't know about the Aurora area.
