Anyone familiar with Lisle Place (apts. and condos)? (Naperville, Wheaton: appointed, apartments)

Family is looking for a rental. There's a 3-bd/3-bth for rent, I think the complex is called Lisle Place. Went on Yelp and reviews are mixed (there seems to be no middle ground, either they love it or hate it). The rent started at $1,600 and within the last week has dropped to $1,400. I'm thinking for a huge (according to listing) place with 3 baths having to drop it's rent (twice!), it's not such a great area of Lisle and/or the complex has serious issues. Any input is appreciated.

I currently rent in Lisle at the Arboretum Villages apartments and in the month there been satisfied. I think the rent may be a bit lower than Lisle place, but it is in a quiet area, safe, no bugs, well maintained. Also seem to screen residents decently.

I have not seen Lisle Place, but I have visited the Lakeside Apartments and the leasing agents were pushy and called weekly several times. The units were well appointed but the residents were a bit "ghetto". Also saw bugs in the model units as well. Just look around and you'll get a good feel, also consider Downers Grove/Naperville/Wheaton.

Thanks for the reply. We're a family of four so I need a minimum 3 bdrm/2bth. Lisle is our destination because of the small high school. Our 2nd option would be Westmont, again because of the small high school. Rental preference is a house, but will do an apartment/condo if we can't find anything before the start of school. Thanks again.
