Moving to Lake County and wanted advice/guidance
My husband and I are considering buying a home in Venetian Village subdivision in lake county. The house is absolutely great and it looks like there are lots of kids in the neighborhood, but the neighborhood itself is very different from what I am used to. It is an older neighborhood and there are no sidewalks to walk your dogs and/or strollers. I wanted to find out if anyone was familiar with that neighborhood and if they could give me any idea of how safe it is, how the schools are and about the area in general. My husband and I are from Florida with two small children. Our oldest is 2 years from elementary school. They would be attending Pleviat Elementary, Palumbi JH and either Antioch or Lakes High.
