Hi,

We have a little baby at home.

Just wondering is it safe to enable WiFi at home? Any hints about the studies?

thanks a lot

I've had wireless for several years, what would be a problem with it ? I can't think of any.

i imagine your talking about potential health effects from the waves from wifi?

not sure if wifi waves are the same as emf. the usa hasn't done many studies on this stuff though foreign countries have. i believe world health organization and some other countries classify emfs as a toxic substance or harmful substance they recommend cautious avoidance or something like that basically try to limit your exposure. i dont believe there's any definitive studies either way though.

you could always turn your router off when your not using it and try to use wired internet as much as possible. that said now days everything is sending off waves. depending on where you live there's a good chance you have smart meters now days which if emf is truly harmful is terrible. every store and restaurant you go into has wifi and high emf levels. now days printers and tvs and everything is wireless and sends signals throughh teh air, your cell phone.

practice some avoidance but dont be too concerneed as you'll make yourself crazy unelss your open to moving to a cabin in the woods away from everything
