Your requirements meet my parents home we're selling. They're both deceased. It's in unincorporated Glenview, which means lower taxes then Glenview proper. The schools are excellent, Glenbrook South HS. It's a small ranch, 3 bedroom, 1-/1/2 bath, huge yard and it's a fixer upper or tear down. We have a couple of interested parties now but it's there for the taking.
