Do you guys have any recommendations for the best OP agency? Who is the "go to" group when you want to sell in OPRF?

All of my research suggests:
1) Gagliardo Realty Associates, LLC
or
2) Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gloor Realty Company

Does someone better exist?

P.S. I am a buyer but want to use same group as seller (preferably)...

I have no idea how to even go about choosing the "best" realtor. We picked ours completely randomly and are satisfied with our results. OTOH, its hard to say we wouldn't have been more satisfied with a different realtor.

There is no advantage to going with the "same office", in some ways there is a perhaps a slight disadvantage as you don't have quite the same dispassionate business transaction. That issue, however, is really secondary to locating some one that will be your advocate -- choose an agent / broker based on their qualifications, not office!

In my experience I have always chosen the best office for the location (based on number of listings) ~ this has resulted in me getting first stab opportunities before the market. Each city has a go-to office, known to be the best in that area. With a buyer/seller (all in one) I can better negotiate prices and fees when the time comes.

I disconnect emotionally from my agent – it is purely business/numbers to me…

The office with the greatest number of listings is quite often the office that is LEAST able to provide the best service to either buyers or the sellers -- greatest number of listing is rarely associated with either MOST valuable listing, greastest percentage of list / sale price, or shortest time on market...

Very often the real estate sales people that are best able to assist buyers or sellers choose to associate themsleves with firms that have shown a committment to ethical standards and ties to the community. I have friends that own their own offices as well as those that work firms with roots in the community like Baird & Warner or Prudential Rubloff but the importance of actually interviewing several agents, regardless of office affliation is far more likely to reveal who is professional / responsive than any examination of either statistics or hashing out the history of firms that may be multiple generations removed from the founding...

Having just gone through the home purchase process including showings in many houses in Oak Park, I think it's important to have a realtor that is lightning fast and responsive in this competitive market. You need someone who will drop everything to show you a property within the first 24 hours of the listing, and this is typically a workaholic type A person who is savy with email and texts. Good properties are still going fast in the desirable parts of the Western Suburbs, particularly under $600k. Anything worthwhile is typically under contract the first week of listing.

Kidd, technically/technology minded is a critical element for my agent... Email, text, and real-time photo/video sharing (maybe a live faceTime walk thru) is VERY important as we are out of town handling many tasks remote.

I am upfront with my expectations. ~ right now just trying to find the office then i zoom in on best agent...

P.S. totally agreed good stuff goes quick, and in many cases deal is done before it is even listed.
