Plainfield IL - home - rent or sell at a heavy loss to start over in MN? We would like to stay in MN due to lifestyle (not commuting to downtown Chicago). Does anyone have a feel for the rental market in Plainfield for single family homes?

Our home is for sale - Any advice on colors inside house - we have very beige colors inside. Stagers - any recommendations?
