Please help. I lived in Lincoln Park four years ago and worked downtown, after college I moved to Tennessee, my husband was just transferred to Naperville, IL and I will most likely be working in Northbrook, South Barrington, or Woodridge. Is there anywhere in the middle that wouldn't have a nightmare of a commute for either of us? Any help would be wonderful! Thank you!

I take it you mean Woodridge in Lake County next to Northbrook and not Woodridge in Dupage--right??? Because if you are talking Woodridge in Dupage it's a no-brainer- (Woodridge, Darien Lisle, Naperville)
Elmhurst is sort of half way and is a sought after and diverse community. Palatine would be another consideration shorter for you but longer for him-- but decent access to Interstate 355 for him. |
