Does anyone have this, and if so, how would you rate the service? phone service, not customer service.
My husband is so tired of At&T we already use Comcast for Internet and TV and are thinking of switching to it for phone also. He's calculated that we'd save $300 the first year, and granted it goes up after the 12 months -- it's still a bit cheaper than what we are paying now. any info would be great |

we just recently signed on with comcast for the triple play the only thing that bugs me is when im on the phone it makes this odd clicking noise...now idk if thats from the internet being on all day/night or it's the channel on our cordless phone..but so far, no problems with our package..
customer service=horrible. but you can't have it all. |

I have WOW and it's great! We have phone, cable, internet with DVR for $100 a month. We never had Comcast phone but we had the cable and they kept getting rid of channels for $55 a month.

I think it depends on your Comcast service. I had comcast for tv, phone and internet and it was going out all the time. I was told I was in a "bad area". I finally got rid of Comcast for phone and internet because I was always using my cell phone for normal calls when at home and my internet was always out. When it worked it was great and I liked the price! I think it depends on where you live and if Comcast is reliable.

It does seem to be hit or miss in our subdivision.
The neighbor next door hated it, while the guy across the street loves it. We are waiting for info from a gal down the block to see what she has to say. I checked on that WOW, and I dont think they are in my area. |

RCN is the best, but their customer service is only open until 4 pm Central Time!!! I think you can only get RCN near the lake in Chicago.

No problems with it. Love the fixed price whether local or local toll, long distance.

Try Vonage. We have the 500 minute plan and our total bill with taxes is $20-$21.

they are an option too. but since we already have comcast for internet and TV, we thought we'd look at them for phone too.
