Default Holiday Terrace condos in Lansing?

Good ? Bad? What do you know?
I'm a new poster, been lurking for a while.

Thank you!

The complex is a relatively quiet spot in an overall area that is not. The complex itself seems to be well kept. I know that there are quite a few senior citizens that stay at the complex. The not so good is the fact that you are right next to the Pioneer Motel, which is well known in the Chicagoland area for being a haven for drug use and prostitution, partly due to the fact that you rent the room by the hour. Also on the other side of the complex you have the Prarie Ridge apartment complex, which is pretty ghetto. You are also literally on the shoulder of 80/94. Sorry to sound so negative, but I would probably recommend the Salem Cross apartment complex at Burnham Ave. and 187th Street. It's probably similar in price, and it's in a much calmer section of Lansing.

I agree. I'd also recommend the Forest Glen condos on 186th and Torrence. The residents are mostly senior citizens and middle aged couples. There are several Section 8 tenants, but so far (with a few noisy exceptions), they seem to be good tenants.

There are also several smaller condo complexes sprinkled around Lansing that you could look into. On Burnham Ave and Illinois, there is a nice building. Also, there a few nice looking buildings on 186th street east of Torrence Ave.
