L_Kid, tell them to say hi - me, wife and our baby are always out and about in town and up and down Spring. We are the craftsman house next to the "should have been" tear down duplex (another example of rental to SFH conversion) that just sold - it was the last eye sore on the street.

Still new to IL so will take any kool new friends...

I should add to this that they are also planning on building a "mordern, upscale" apartment complex on the site of the former YMCA at the intersection of Ogden and La Grange RD.
