Home Inspections in Montgomery?
Has anyone here dealt with Inspectors that service Montgomery (SW of Aurora, W of Oswego)? I have a fairly younger house that I'm looking into buying, but want an inspection just to spot any trouble...
Info on reputation, problems, prices would be great. Thanks!

Try Real Estate Inspectors Group at 630-849-1015. They inspected my house and were very thorough. My wife scheduled our inspection at their web site Chicago Home Inspectors / Real Estate Inspectors Group / IL Home Inspection . Good luck.

Home Inspectors
I would recommend without hesitation, two home inspectors that would service Montgomery.
Dan Sladek of Perfection Home Inspection 630.904.2263 Unlike many home inspectors, he also offers a limited warranty on the appliances he inspects. The other is Tom Brooks of eXtra Mile Home Inspections 630.434.9756 - also very thorough. I have used both with great success in numerous transactions. Home Warranties can provide an additional level of 'peace of mind'.
