If you're considering purchasing the home you may want to check with your insurance company as some companies will not insure dry-vit homes or stucco homes. If they do, the premium will be much higher than a brick or frame home. As mentioned in other posts, the insurance companies have had a lot of problems with mold claims for these types of homes.
