Hi im currently 18 and i would just like to know how id live off 60k yearly (1male only) in like a chicago suburb like Oak Lawn, Burbank or any decent neighborhood

around $5000 a month before taxes

NO credit car Debt

Say i pay monthly $320 for my car loan

What price would i be able to afford a house at? $150k+? 200k+ and where is the best place to buy a house? nice neighborhood/ low crime/ good schools/ but in my price range
