OK, I know I am really late in commenting on this, but I'm going to do it anyway.

Bloomingdale is a prety decent sized town, about 25,000, I think. It has plenty of shopping, and Stratford Square is a decent mall. It's not great, but the improvements they are making will hopefully turn it around. (there are many vacant stores, and I just can't get over how outdated JCPennys is)

It has good schools, and Chicago is only a short 30 minute drive away. However, crime is not non-existant. It is deffinatly pretty good compared to alot of other towns around here, but crime is still present. Every once in a while small splurges of graffiti will appear, just like today. I noticed, mabe six markings in Circle Park of what appeared to be from the "Latin Kings" What I mean by "Latin Kings" is that it's almost obvious (i hope) that it was just a bunch of stupid wannabes. I don't think we really have any real gangs around here. Just wannabes.

Bloomingdale, in short is a pretty decent town, not too much to complain about, but it could be better.
