I had information on one a fews years ago. It is a organization you can join that allows members to buy construction and landscaping materials from homes and buildings that are going to be either torn down or rehabbed.

Murco Recycling is the biggest dealer in teardowns, and auctions off parts of housing and buildings that are going to be demolished. You can look them up on Murco.net, and get on their registration list to recieve information on what will be torn down. There are some good deals on landscaping, fixtures, etc.
